As we are nestled in a natural reserve, we kindly ask guests to respect the peace and quiet of the surroundings. Loud music and disturbances should be avoided, especially during the evening.

For the safety and comfort of all our guests, smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas only. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

We ask our guests to be mindful of the environment during their stay :
-Avoid excessive water usage
-Turn off air condition and fan when leaving the room.

Help us preserve the natural beauty that surrounds us. Do not disturb the fauna (marine turtles and foxes). 

We ask that you treat the villa and its furnishings with care. Any damages or breakages should be reported immediately. We want everyone to enjoy the villa in the best condition possible.

Only registered guests are allowed at the villa. If you wish to invite visitors, please inform us in advance.

Ensure all children are supervised at all times. Swim at your own risk and follow all posted safety guidelines.We provide SUPs and a canoe for guests. Please ensure they are used responsibly and follow safety instructions.

We love animals, but due to the natural reserve setting, pets are not allowed unless specifically discussed and agreed upon prior to booking.

For your safety, always lock doors and windows when leaving the villa. The management is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings.

Please be mindful when using candles, fireplaces or the BBQ. Ensure that all open flames are extinguished when leaving the area.
