Guideline for a peaceful stay
We look forward to welcoming you and want to ensure that you have an enjoyable and relaxing stay.
Please take a moment to review our house rules:
Check-in: 3:00 PM onwards
Check-out: By 11:00 AM
If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.
As we are nestled in a natural reserve, we kindly ask guests to respect the peace and quiet of the surroundings. Loud music and disturbances should be avoided, especially during the evening.
For the safety and comfort of all our guests, smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas only. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
We ask our guests to be mindful of the environment during their stay :
-Avoid excessive water usage
-Turn off air condition and fan when leaving the room.
Help us preserve the natural beauty that surrounds us. Do not disturb the fauna (marine turtles and foxes).
We ask that you treat the villa and its furnishings with care. Any damages or breakages should be reported immediately. We want everyone to enjoy the villa in the best condition possible.
Only registered guests are allowed at the villa. If you wish to invite visitors, please inform us in advance.
Ensure all children are supervised at all times. Swim at your own risk and follow all posted safety guidelines.We provide SUPs and a canoe for guests. Please ensure they are used responsibly and follow safety instructions.
We love animals, but due to the natural reserve setting, pets are not allowed unless specifically discussed and agreed upon prior to booking.
For your safety, always lock doors and windows when leaving the villa. The management is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings.
Please be mindful when using candles, fireplaces or the BBQ. Ensure that all open flames are extinguished when leaving the area.

Ένα υπέροχο σπίτι! Υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα και από το μπαλκόνι και από την μεγάλη βεράντα! τέλεια τοποθεσία για ησυχία και χαλάρωση! Πεντακάθαρο όλο το σπίτι! Φανταστικη αυλή και οι εξωτερικοι χώροι! Μα το πιο σημαντικό από όλα η Νεφέλη , μια πάντα χαμογελαστή και έτοιμη να δώσει λύση σε οτι της ζητήσαμε! περάσαμε μια υπέροχη βδομάδα! ευχαριστούμε πολύ!!!

Notre séjour a été merveilleux, au-
delà de toute attente. Maison magnifique,
comme un vrai petit château, tout neuf, tout propre. La mer a deux cent mètres par un chemin privé, et la plage complètement
déserte--comme une vraie plage privée ! En plein juillet ! Le sable doux et l'eau pure et claire. Un vrai délice.
